The hotel's location in the heart of the old town was absolutely mind-blowing, allowing us to easily explore the World Heritage monuments and vibrant town center. Having a nearby car park was super convenient. The spacious, quiet, and clean room provided a jaw-dropping retreat. The excellent WiFi and breakfast choices, along with the incredibly helpful and friendly staff, made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend Ca' de Vèn for a wow-worthy dinner experience.

I have just returned from a fine stay in this moderately priced hotel, great-sized and functional rooms. The location is quiet and comfortable, within short walking distance to city center. When I am in Ravenna, I like staying here.

This place has an amazing location, close to all the important attractions and in a pedestrian-friendly area, clean rooms with nice-sized bathrooms, and friendly staff.

The guestrooms at Hotel Bisanzio are so cozy and comfortable, with premium bedding that feels like sleeping on a cloud. And let's not forget the air conditioning, which kept me cool and refreshed during my stay.

Personally, I found the satellite TV channels to be a bit limited. But hey, that's just my preference, and some people might still enjoy it.

The location in a quiet street in the city center.

The beds are rather old and not very comfortable. A little too hard for my taste. Otherwise, the furnishing is rather 80's but acceptable. . At the check out this could all go a little faster. Invoicing sometimes seems to be problematic.

The services here are top-notch. The room is tidy and practical with a spacious bathroom 💫.

Favourable location, just walking distance from a 5th - century chapel. Central heating, a personal safe, and flat-screen television in the room and the large bed. Friendly service at all times.

One of the few Italian hotels that employs an "employee for all purposes". In this case it was a young man from Sri Lanka who speaks Italian, English, French and German fluently, shows the way, translates, carries the suitcases, helps with the breakfast buffet and at the reception. Simply priceless, that man. It's a luxury you don't even know anymore these days. The walk to the centre is actually only 4-5 minutes long, very good location.

I chose this hotel for a corporate retreat and it exceeded my expectations. The location in central Ravenna was perfect, with easy access to major sites, restaurants, and shops. The hotel provided a meeting room that comfortably accommodated our group of 40 people, and the staff was professional and helpful. it was a great experience for a work trip.

I stayed in Bisanzio for 4 nights and loved the central location. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. The breakfast was excellent with friendly and helpful staff. Free WiFi and nearby car park were convenient. The desk staff was personal, friendly, and patient with my attempts to practice Italian. a great experience and I will recommend to friends and colleagues.
